GRATUITY GUIDE

Gratuity is always optional and should be given to wedding vendors that have provided exceptional service. If you wish to distribute gratuities, we recommend that you place each gratuity in an envelope and mark them with the vendors name and role on the front; your lead planner will distribute them throughout the wedding.

Below are our industry standard tipping recommendations:

CATERING
Catering Manager - $100-300
Maitre’d - $50-100
Wait Staff - $25-50/Server
Bartenders - $50-75/Bartender
Coat Check - $25-50/Attendant

ENTERTAINMENT
Ceremony Musicians - $25-50/Each
Cocktail Hour Musicians - $25-50/Each
Band Members - $50-100/Each
Band Leader - $100-300
DJ - $100-150

FLORALS
Lead Florist - $100-300
Floral Assistant - $50-100

HAIR + MAKEUP
Hair Stylist - 20%
Makeup Stylist - 20%

OFFICIANTS
Officiant - $50-100

For exceptional service you may choose to tip your lead wedding planner. Assistants may be tipped an additional $50-100 each.
